Yes, cannabis is legal in New York for both medical and recreational (adult-use) purposes.
Beginning November 1, 2024, you will have 365 days to redeem any previously earned rewards points. Any points earned after November 1, 2024 will expire after 365 days.
Other special rewards, such as additional discounts, do have expirations that are clearly noted in the wallet.
When you reach one of the reward levels you can redeem your rewards with your budtender during checkout. Once you reach the register, simply let your budtender know you have rewards you’d like to use.
